Oversee and ensure the successful completion of all activities pertaining to the scoping and execution of special projects and tasks as determined by Executive Leadership Be a catalyst for change by ensuring the implementation of best project management practices when collaborating with other functions Client Details An organisation within Abu Dhabi with a broad exciting scope for delivering impactful results that will play a critical role in shaping the future of Abu Dhabi Significant transformation is underway which has resulted in this strategic role as well as some other crucial positions to improve the quality of highcalibre professionals across the organisation Description Oversee special projects including approving project scoping project setup project execution and project closure Build relationships with the Leadership Team to source strategic projects that are within Chairmans priority Ensure the project scope i e project goals deliverables tasks costs and deadlines is aligned with the leadership expectations Ensure the allocated team and selected vendors can deliver on the project scope Oversee the execution of the project including but not limited to discovery workshops current state assessment benchmark activities content creation and preparation for Steering Committee meetings Lead engagement with senior stakeholders Facilitate data gathering by leveraging on the relationships with the Executive Leadership Team Work closely with the team to develop the right narrative and identify the critical analysis to be done in collaboration with other directorates functions Review final deliverables and confirm project closure Profile At least 8 years of professional experience in corporate strategy development change management and strategic project management with at least 4 years in top tier strategy consulting Diverse sector knowledge and exposureExperience with organisational change business restructuring and corporate strategy development would be highly advantageousMust be an Arabic speaker Job Offer Opportunity to work closely with influential leadership in an impactful roleOpportunity to lead interesting initiatives across the government of Abu Dhabi
