2. The Position : Sales Director

Department : Offline Acquisition Department

Reports to : Commercial Director / CEO

Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to build, manage, and scale ouroffline sales team. TheSales Director will be responsible for executing and improving the strategy to attract and onboard real estate agents and agencies to the BrokerDeck platform. This is a critical leadership role that involves managing a team of Sales Associates, driving performance to meet key business objectives, and personally engaging with strategic partners. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with a proven track record in B2B sales management and a passion for building high-performing teams. Even though this is managerial position, the ideal candidate will need to sale as well.

Compensation Structure will consists of 3 parts :

  • Performance Based Salary
  • Bonuses (based on the the team performance)

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales methodologies foracquisition of real estate brokers and agencies.
  • Conduct operational planning for the department, including quarterly, monthly, and weekly target setting for Sales Associates and Interns.
  • Participate in budgeting for the department, control budget execution, and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Monitor real estate market trends and the competitive landscape, proposing strategic adjustments as needed.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, motivation, and performance evaluation.
  • Set clear tasks for team members, define areas of responsibility, and ensure high-quality, timely execution.
  • Ensure the department achieves all established targets for sales and client acquisition.
  • Personally participate in negotiations with key and strategically important clients and partners.
  • Operations & Reporting :

  • Organize and control the team's daily activities related to sales, sourcing, onboarding, and relationship management.
  • Ensure the team maintains high-quality and timely records of all client interactions in the HubSpot CRM.
  • Analyze the performance of the department and individual specialists to identify areas for growth and implement improvements.
  • Prepare and present regular, accurate reports on the department's performance and results.
  • Represent the company's interests at relevantindustry events.
  • 4. Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in sales, marketing, management, or economics).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client management.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Deep knowledge of the Dubai and the UAE real estate market.
  • Experience working in the IT or SaaS industry.
  • Proven experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot Preferred).
  • Fluency in English (C2 level or equivalent) is mandatory. Knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, results-orientation, leadership qualities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Personal connections in real estate sphere is a big plus.
