Join our DevSecOps and Automation team as a key technologist driving DevSecOps and Automation practices at both the product and program levels. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize our DevOps strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and reliability across our technology landscape. Your expertise will help streamline operations, reduce time to market, and improve our processes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and governance of new corporate and portfolio IT standards, guidelines, and practices, analyzing potential technology impacts and assessing their strategic significance.
• Monitor market technology advancements and business innovations, determining their relation to our IT strategy, and lead efforts to update assets and create new solutions through Proof of Concepts.
• Develop solution architecture for new initiatives, vendor solutions, and system enhancements, ensuring quality and alignment with agile practices.
• Provide expert advice and lead solution design reviews, guiding on standards, exceptions, and architectural patterns.
• Lead architecture and technology initiatives, coordinating with teams and ensuring strategic alignment.
• Manage and mentor Solutions Architects and Senior Engineers, and lead broader virtual teams of experts and managers.
• Oversee architecture roadmaps and technical enablers, prioritizing modernization activities and technical debts.
