Duty Manager Job Location UAE Main Responsibilities Offer support and assistance to all Front Office sections ensuring seamless communication and problemsolving Deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt cordial attention and personal recognition resolving any related issues efficiently Collaborate with other operating departments including Housekeeping Engineering Sales and Butlers to address Front Office matters that concern them Familiarize yourself with daily correspondence including arrivals and departing guests and follow up as required to meet their needs Manage room availability for walkins establish accountability for guests departure dates and times and maintain accurate records Follow up with Housekeeping on unresolved room discrepancies and ensure timely resolution Oversee reservation procedures for sameday arrivals guaranteeing a smooth checkin process Verify the accuracy of arrival folios check credit standing of walkin guests and validate account validity in accordance with company instructions Review billing instructions and guest credit for accuracy resolve related issues promptly and maintain high standards of financial management Maintain impeccable conduct dress uniforms hygiene appearance and posture among departmental employees Ensure that all departmental information is kept accurately and uptodate promoting transparency and efficiency Promote inhouse sales and facilities to maximize hotel revenues identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Understand and implement Hotel Emergency Procedures conducting regular inspections of the Front and Back of house to maintain cleanliness Health Safety and report any faults to concerned departments
