Assistant Manager Contracts Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Draft review and negotiate contracts agreements and legal documents to ensure accuracy clarity and compliance with organizational policies Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate contractual risks Assist in developing standard contract templates for various organizational needs Discuss and agree on contract terms with internal departments to ensure operational commercial financial and legal requirements are maintained in the interest of the company Negotiate and finalize the contract with external business partners Manage evaluate and monitor contracts execution for customers and suppliers Review and amend existing contracts including extensions and renewals Support the operation and execution departments to ensure contract milestones are executed and met Present the terms and conditions to stakeholders for approvals Analyze potential risks involved with specific contract terms Ensure all deadlines and conditions described on contracts are met e g payments and shipping Build an organized system of physical and digital records Follow up on pending contracts or requests related to missing documentation requirements Identify opportunities for improving contract management processes and systems Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law or a related field Masters degree preferred 8 years of experience in contract management procurement or a related role Strong understanding of contract law terms and principles Excellent analytical and negotiation skills Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
