Job Description :
- Drive financial strategy and planning, providing insights to the leadership team to optimize performance and growth opportunities.
- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and compliance while ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and risk mitigation.
- Manage capital structure, funding strategies, and assess investment or M&A opportunities to support business expansion.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, while partnering with operations and commercial units to improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability.
