Hays are currently partnered with a scaling technology provider who operate in the financial services and trading space. The international business provides an online platform that allows the trading of currencies, stocks, ETFs and many more asset classes.

We are looking for 5+ years experience leading teams within a financial brokerage

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team of 10+ heads

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a team quota of between $10m-$20m of net deposits on the platform
