Data Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the school s student management information system iSAMS overseeing EdTech systems and implementing new data management solutions This role is essential in providing accurate curriculum and performance management data to support strategic and operational decisionmaking Key Responsibilities Curriculum Management Set up subjects classes and lesson allocations in iSAMS Work closely with the SLT to add lessons to school timetables Coordinate class lists in collaboration with the Admissions Officer Reporting Data Analysis Manage setup and tracking of student assessments and academic reports Liaise with academic staff on report layouts and with iSAMS UK for custom report designs Provide data analysis reports for SLT including attendance tracking and performance metrics Portal System Management Oversee student and parent portal updates to ensure accurate and relevant information Train key academic staff on assessment tracking and data management ExtraCurricular Activities ECA Coordination Support staff and parents with ECA system access and bookings Allocate staff to ECAs and ensure system updates each term General Data Management Support Ensure data accuracy and oversee class list updates Monitor attendance registers and provide feedback to staff Deliver training sessions for school staff on data management systems Requirements Experience with student management systems preferably iSAMS Strong analytical and data management skills Ability to collaborate with academic and administrative staff Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities Prior experience in a school environment is an advantage
