HR Generalist Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Coordinate recruitment processes manage employee onboarding and ensure smooth transitions into the company Employee Relations Compliance Serve as a key point of contact for employee queries and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies Payroll Benefits Administration Assist with payroll administer employee benefits and manage leave and attendance tracking Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process and coordinate development programs Visa Immigration Manage visa applications renewals cancellations and ensure compliance with UAE immigration laws and JAFZA regulations Legal Compliance Handle companyrelated legal documentation and liaise with government agencies for necessary approvals and documentation Reporting Record Maintenance Maintain accurate records of HR and PRO activities assist with audits and inspections and track transactions related to visa costs Employee Files Management Maintain employee files in both physical and electronic formats Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 23 years of experience in HR with exposure to PRO functions in the UAE Indepth knowledge of UAE labor laws immigration policies and JAFZA regulations Proficiency in HR software including ERP Microsoft Dynamics and government portals e g JAFZA eservices MOHRE Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication skills in English Arabic proficiency is a plus Valid UAE driving license Additional Requirements Candidate must be currently based in the UAE Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further evaluation
