Key Responsibilities Lead mentor and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies for property sales and client acquisition Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities Coordinate with marketing and admin teams to support lead generation and promotional efforts Prepare sales forecasts pipeline reports and performance analysis for senior management Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field 3 5 years of experience in real estate sales including team leadership Strong understanding of the local property market and real estate laws Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills RERA certification is preferred for UAEbased roles
