B2B sales manager

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Manager to expand our client base across Dubai The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in B2B sales excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships within the hospitality corporate and commercial sectors Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies targeting hotels office centers restaurants and other organizations Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers Collaborate closely with our floral designers and logistics teams to deliver tailored client solutions Regularly meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in B2B sales preferably in hospitality corporate solutions or similar industries Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets Fluency in English additional languages especially Arabic or Russian will be an advantage Valid UAE driving license is preferred Compensation AED base salary 10 commission on secured orders Threemonth trial period applies If you are passionate about sales and have the ambition to thrive in Dubai s dynamic market we would love to hear from you
