Civil Engineer

Civil Engineer Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Oversee the design planning and implementation of structural elements for signage and fitout projects Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications safety standards and quality requirements Collaborate with architects designers consultants and production teams to ensure seamless project delivery Manage subcontractors labor teams and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets Prepare and review structural calculations material specifications and engineering drawings Lead and mentor a team of junior engineers technicians and project staff Monitor project progress troubleshoot challenges and implement corrective actions as needed Ensure adherence to local building codes regulations and environmental standards Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Must have 10 years experience in the UAE A Certificate of Experience must be presented Must have membership at the UAE Society of Engineers Proven experience in construction fitouts or related industries Strong understanding of structural design materials and fabrication techniques Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in engineering software e g AutoCAD SolidWorks etc Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders
