Looking for a skilled IT professional to join our growing team This role combines technical IT support with applications expertise with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics AX across all major modules Key Responsibilities Provide daytoday IT support across departments Administer and support Dynamics AX Procurement Sourcing Inventory Management Sales Marketing Production Control General Ledger Financials Management Reporting Develop and customize reports based on business needs Collaborate with business units to enhance system usability and performance Assist in application troubleshooting and enduser training Requirements Minimum 35 years of experience in IT Support and Applications Management Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX all modules mentioned Strong reporting and report development skills Problemsolving mindset with excellent communication abilities Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
