Hiring Planning Engineer Interior Fit Out Arco Interiors is looking for an ambitious and dynamic Planning Engineers with a strong background in architecture and interior fitouts preferred not mandatory Key Roles Develop fully resource loaded Baseline programs Develop and maintain streamlined and comprehensive planning forecasting Work closely with senior management to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of operations Maintain constant communication with management staff and vendors to ensure proper project operational parameters Preparation of Upstream and Downstream Contractual Letters communications with stake holders Preparation of Detailed claims analysis and Extension of Time Ability to handle Client and Consultant requirements Ability to generate deliverables under short notice Ability to prepare Tender Programs Perform other related duties as required and assigned Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Architecture Mechanical Engineering Experience Required 5 to 10 years of experience in UAE midlevel Planning Engineer Minimum 10 years experience in UAE Senior Planning Engineer Proficient in Planning Software Primavera Advanced Excel etc Outstanding communication and people management skills Demonstrated ability to generate reports and Management Information System MIS Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team Excellent organizational and time management capabilities Proficiency in English is mandatory proficiency in additional languages is beneficial Candidates shall be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
