Location Abu Dhabi UAE ProVise Integrated Solutions is looking for a Level 1 IT Network Support Engineer to join our team onsite in ABU DHABI UAE on a yearly renewable Role Overview Work alongside L2 L3 support engineers Provide L1level support for IT systems network and cybersecurity Assist in troubleshooting basic configuration and enduser support Offer handson helpdesk and technical support in a professional business environment Support overall IT infrastructure and architecture under supervision Requirements Valid Work Visa in ABU DHABI UAE Valid UAE Driving License Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in spoken and written English Sound knowledge of the IT industry cybersecurity networking and IT solutions 35 years of relevant experience in a similar IT support role
