Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates for joinery and interior fitout projects Analyze project drawings specifications and requirements to determine project scope Source and assess materials labor and subcontractor costs for efficiency Prepare BOQs Bills of Quantities quotations and pricing breakdowns Coordinate with suppliers subcontractors and project teams to ensure costeffective solutions Ensure all estimates align with project timelines and budget What We re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in joinery estimation Strong knowledge of joinery materials production processes and market rates Proficiency in AutoCAD Excel and estimation software preferred Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
