Key Responsibilities
Client Relations

Conduct regular quality checks on service levels and team deliverables, addressing internal service issues before they affect clients.Act as a role model in service excellence, ensuring high praise from clients and minimizing complaints and discounts.Promote critical thinking and strategic decision-making within the team.Continuously develop knowledge within the practice area to maintain industry leadership and best practices.Teamwork and Leadership
Identify, recruit, and manage the right talent to build a strong, high-performing team.Demonstrate resilience by remaining effective and adaptive in challenging circumstances, ensuring consistency in service delivery.Foster a culture of open and effective communication within and across teams.Suggest and implement ideas for operational change to improve efficiency and client service.Design and maintain a structured culture for cross-department collaboration.Maintain an effective delegation ratio, ensuring work is distributed efficiently while fostering team growth and development.Enforce workflows and policies & procedures (P&P) within the department to ensure consistency and compliance.Practice Area

Bachelor of LawProven ability to manage high-value client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve client concerns efficiently.Experience in business development activities and strategic client engagement.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.Ability to implement and maintain effective workflows and service standards.High level of resilience and adaptabilityWhy Join Us?
