Job Description

What's On Your Plate?

  • Develop and continuously improve regional SOPs and quality control standards for rider performance, safety, and brand compliance.
  • Lead regional programs focused on rider hygiene, professionalism, and vehicle condition.
  • Act as the main point of contact for local rider quality teams in all MENA markets.
  • Design & rollout regional initiatives & strategic projects (e.g. Rider behaviours, box / hygiene checks, uniform compliance audits).
  • Support markets in setting KPIs and performance targets, and ensure consistency in execution and reporting on rider quality score.
  • Deliver regular dashboards, insights, and executive summaries for senior leadership.
  • Create tools (checklists, audit trackers, penalty logs), analyze data & identify market trends and propose corrective actions.
  • Design and support the implementation of training programs for patrollers and quality field teams.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders - Rider Supply, Dispatch, Legal, Rider Engagement, Cx, Product and Comms.

Qualifications

Experience & Background

  • 4+ years in logistics, field operations, quality assurance, or compliance—preferably in a last-mile delivery or mobility environment.
  • Proven experience in regional coordination or managing multi-market programs is a must.
  • Exposure to field enforcement or operational excellence frameworks.
  • Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical skills : proficient in Google Sheets, Slides, and dashboarding tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
  • Languages

  • Fluent in English. Arabic is a plus.
