Maintenance Planning and Management Lead the execution of all industrial maintenance planned and unplanned activities in all sites to ensure effective and timely completion with optimum cost and resource utilization Direct the maintenance engineers and supervisors in respective regions to closely monitor maintenance performance score card KPIs and ensure targets are achieved as well as the HSE and Asset Integrity and process safety AIPS KPI s Ensure compliance and execution of the maintenance programs such as preventive corrective breakdowns predictive and maintenance of HSECES Critical Equipment Systems Ensure the Quality Management System QMS is adhered to all the maintenance activities at all the regions as per ADNOC standard and procedures Facilitate the AIPS and HSE Assurance program implementation in terms of Leadership Site Visits WMS Audits and Contractor Safety compliance Cascade the AI ideas and new initiatives with coordination and keeping up with latest technologies and bring value to the organization Ensure the effective forecasting of resources Spareparts Manpower to ensure timely availability of resources systems and procedures for execution in accordance with production plans Manage and ensure the maintenance work orders completion reports whilst provide guidance when required to ensure the operational standards are in accordance with ADNOC Distribution set standards Oversee the employee faugue management and wellbeing Ensure the provision of a timely response to all relevant emergencies breakdowns and prompt corrective action is taken to ensure service availability minimize production downtime Manages and direct to assigned supervisors and the team in carrying out maintenance work related activities in all ADNOCDIST Industrial locations at assigned regions and provide advise on all technical matters related to Instrumentation Control Electrical Mechanical Systems Manage and liaise with planning team leader to ensure development of Planned Maintenance program and schedule the works for depots terminals LPG plants and associated pipelines vessels Tanks loading bays in respective regions Ensure Lead the team to comply with company codes regulations engineering practices are adhered with high standards Develops reviews division procedures and standing instructions for AD Industrial Maintenance team to ensure adherence to Qualities and Standards Optimum utilization of Inhouse Third party resources for maintenance activities Leiase with technical department to approves technical changes for implementation to ensure requirement is met with minimum cost as per MOC system Controls cost on Maintenance Activities including the Maintenance Projects Maintains constant interaction with the Control Automation Systems Engineer to ensure proper functioning of all the PLC DCS control systems and to ensure effective compliance to SIS and Alarm management KPIs Technical Advice performance monitoring and improvement Provides technical advice to internal customers in particular Operations and HSE Department regarding technology selection equipment selection asset retirement major project specification review accident incident investigations repetitive fault analysis system improvement etc Leads development of periodic performance and achievements reports including statistical analysis and identifying continuous improvements agreed action plans benchmark maintenance performance identifying areas for improvement and providing solutions Support Industrial Maintenance Department manager in planning developing and implementing maintenance methods and procedures designed to reduce downtime minimize operating costs and optimize the utilization of technicians materials and assets Contract Management Planning supervising controlling outsourced maintenance contractors to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with specifications and engineering standards Directs and supervises the compilation of detailed work scopes for mechanical instrument electrical and civil works that will be subject of tender enquires Decides on agency or inhouse repairs and leads breakdown maintenance of equipment s and assets using third party agency when inhouse capabilities are not adequate Inventory Management Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies spare parts and critical items necessary for maintenance and ensure that all items pertaining to maintenance are available at all times and at an adequate level Also arranges purchase through standing offers or existing contracts Manage effective spares management of all maintenance requirements in terms of supply contracts activities related to the ordering receipt and utilization of materials and maintaining the stock level while ensuring timely replenishment of resources in coordination with Procurement Purchasing Material Management team New Projects Plans and coordinates at the team level all major maintenance requirements as well as projects related to replacement and augmentation assigned to Maintenance division in AD region Participates in projects reviews like HAZOP HSEIA HAZID and Risk Assessments etc as and when required Provides Third party Technical and Engineering comments on New Project and Modification proposals developed by Engineering and Projects Division and liaises as necessary for precommissioning commissioning QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE SKILLS Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Mechanical Instrumentation 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas Industry in maintenance and operations role
