SPEED SPIRIT is what we look for in our candidates defined by some simple values that inspire us to BE DRIVEN in our performance BE VIBRANT in our sporting legacy BE TOGETHER in our team spirit and BE YOU to let our individual talent and experience Applying for a job at PUMA is easy Simply click APPLY ONLINE and follow the steps to upload your application Preferably Bachelor s degree in Business Relevant product management experience with top tier international sports or lifestyle brands Experience as an apparel buyer Advanced MS Office knowledge Ability to work alongside other functions General knowledge of gotomarket processes General knowledge of the retail environment Strong analytical skills Technical product knowledge Ability to convincingly present category knowledge using PowerPoint and spreadsheet software tools Fluency in the English language speaking reading writing at a business level Interested in working in a truly multicultural environment Readiness and ability to travel Your Mission Manage all merchandise productrelated matters pertaining to Apparel including but not limited to Sportstyle and Performance apparel categories Execute the global and regional merchandising strategy for apparel ensuring alignment with broader business objectives Define the GCC apparel collection according to corporate and regional targets and ensure coherence with the regional and global business strategy Conduct market research on competitors products focusing on product offerings pricing and trends in the apparel sector Define pricing strategies at the article level benchmarking against competitors similar products to ensure competitiveness Develop sales forecasts based on historical data trend analysis and additional market insights Analyse sales data track account buying trends and forecast future sales volumes to optimize stock levels and assortment Support wholesale business planning by providing insights and recommendations on assortment and pricing Finalize buying plans for the GCC market ensuring alignment with local consumer needs and corporate objectives Prepare regular reports in line with business requirements and established guidelines ensuring timely and accurate data Coordinate daytoday activities related to customer service and purchasing including managing cancellations adjusting orders maintaining an updated product database tracking deliveries performing data entry IPS and providing relevant information to sales teams
