We are hiring an experienced Project Manager with strong technical and managerial expertise in Geotechnical and Foundation Engineering . The successful candidate will lead the execution of deep foundation, shoring, piling, and ground improvement projects across the UAE. This role requires a deep understanding of soil behavior, construction techniques, and project delivery in challenging ground conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of geotechnical and foundation projects including design review, planning, procurement, execution, and handover.
Lead project teams across multiple active construction sites.
Supervise deep foundation works such as piling (bored / CFA), diaphragm walls, ground anchors, and soil stabilization.
Review geotechnical investigation reports and translate findings into practical construction strategies.
Ensure compliance with specifications, technical standards, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, RTA).
Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, resource plans, and progress reports.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor subcontractor performance and conduct quality inspections.
Ensure accurate documentation and close-out procedures.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s in Geotechnical Engineering is a strong plus.

Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in geotechnical and foundation construction, including UAE / GCC experience.

Proven track record in managing projects involving piling, retaining structures, deep excavation, and ground improvement.

Solid knowledge of ground behavior, soil-structure interaction, and construction methods.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills.

PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
