HSE Engineer

Requirements Bachelor s degree in Safety Engineering Environmental Science or related field Certification in HSE such as NEBOSH IOSH OSHA is preferred Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management preferably in manufacturing or metal fabrication industries Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards Excellent communication analytical and problemsolving skills Ability to conduct safety audits risk assessments and incident investigations Responsibilities Develop and implement HSE policies procedures and programs Conduct regular safety inspections audits and risk assessments Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards Investigate accidents incidents and near misses and recommend corrective actions Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for employees Maintain HSE documentation and reporting Collaborate with management to promote a safetyfirst culture across the organization
