Key Responsibilities Manage daily financial transactions invoicing and bookkeeping Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting Oversee administrative tasks including office coordination document control and staff support Handle petty cash procurement and expense tracking Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or Business Administration Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Proficient in MS Office and accounting software e g QuickBooks Tally or similar Strong organizational and communication skills Immediate availability preferred
