Head Of Accounting Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Balance Sheet Reconciliation Ensure all assets and liabilities are properly recorded and reconciled Transactional Working Capital Accurately record bank transactions and balances Provisions Accruals Identify and record all provisions and accruals Fixed Asset Register Maintain an uptodate register of all fixed assets including depreciation capex location tagging verifying and reconciling Accounts Payable Record reconcile and pay purchase invoices and liabilities on time Payroll Accurately record staff costs and ensure timely payment to staff Billing Raise record and issue sales invoices accurately and on time Management Contribute to the finance teams discussions collaboration and support of the business Compliance Ensure compliance with applicable IFRS and accounting standards for transaction recording coordinate and lead external audits Requirements Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Accounting Certifications Qualified Accountant ACCA CPA CIMA Experience Minimum 5 years PQE in the region management experience of 4 years Location Currently based in the UAE
