What You’ll Do :
- Own and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and more.
- Build high-converting funnels across diverse objectives (awareness, ticket sales, leadgen etc)
- Analyze & report the metrics with actionable insights across all growth levers
- Own campaign’s success end to end - creating strategy & media plan, strategizing content, briefing creative & tech team, execute campaign and bring dive deeper into metrics to find actionable insights
- Strategize & conduct A / B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to drive performance improvements
Requirements
Strong Math & Analytics Skills : You enjoy decoding metrics drop, root cause analysis, user journeysResult Oriented Paid Marketing Experience : Don’t just know how ads manager work - but you’ve managed campaigns that have driven meaningful performanceEngineering Background (Or something equally dangerous) : We love folks with high logical reasoning - engineers often thrive here. But if you're not one, that’s cool - raw obsession and passion can make up for it. (We know it because we have two dentists on the team including the team lead)Independent, accountable & proactive : This is a remote-first role. We hire top talent, give them the space they need, and expect them to own their outcomes. No micromanagement - just trust, ownership, and growth.
