Base pay range

AED540,000.00 / yr - AED720,000.00 / yr

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Consultant to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with impairments resulting from various medical conditions or injuries. Your expertise will be vital in creating individualized rehabilitation plans to enhance patient mobility, functionality, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their rehabilitation needs and set appropriate treatment goals
• Develop, implement, and manage personalized rehabilitation programs utilizing a range of therapeutic approaches
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize recovery outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes, self-care techniques, and expectations for recovery
• Stay current with developments in physical medicine and rehabilitation to ensure the highest standard of care
• Participate in research initiatives or quality improvement projects to advance rehabilitation practices
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records in accordance with regulatory standards
