Identify new routes to achieve company marketing goals and service levels in the assigned territoryPrepare marketing / business plans and allocate responsibilities to meet marketing goalsMonitor performance and address shortfalls in consultation with the Senior Manager - Regional SalesDevelop and achieve sales targetsDevelop suitable sales strategies to increase market shareRecommend passenger fare structures to maximize revenueImplement marketing campaigns to maximize upliftLiaise with the Senior Manager - Regional Sales on corporate developmentDevelop business opportunities with corporate clients, hotels, tourism companies, media, and exhibition organizersMake immediate decisions in coordination with the Senior Manager - Regional Sales to address operational issuesEnsure sales managers visit travel agents and top corporate clients to maximize sales and yieldControl operational costs without compromising quality and imageEnhance Oman Air’s image through media, personal interactions, and industry practicesEnsure compliance with local laws and coordinate with government agenciesDevelop and maintain relations with government and regulatory bodiesAppoint and support staff, including Emergency Response CoordinatorsSupport cargo sales strategies and monitor market trendsFacilitate local authority requirements and monitor GSSA performancePerform other duties as assigned by managementApply Now!
