COORDINATOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Provide information system technical / clerical support for the maintenance Divisions 6 departments. This include updating of the sap maintenance system, preparation and distribution of maintenance reports, work orders and time sheets etc. Maintain comprehensive filing system relating to various aspects of Maintenance work and provide all kinds of Administrative Coordination & technical assistant support and also Support the Line Manager in the implementation of Division / Department objectives, plans, projects, and the successful & effective completion of various other long term / short term tasks and targets as required.
