Customer Service Executive Job Location Dubai UAE Key Responsibilities Handle endtoend customer service tasks related to ocean export shipments Prepare and manage export documentation invoices packing lists BLs etc Coordinate with clients shipping lines and freight forwarders Ensure timely booking confirmations container releases and shipment updates Follow up on shipment statuses and resolve client queries efficiently Work closely with internal logistics and documentation teams Candidate Profile Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Ocean Customer Service Prior work in shipping or freight forwarding is required Strong knowledge of export procedures and compliance Proficient in coordination communication and followup Immediate availability is mandatory Detailoriented and proactive team player
