Lead and manage technology consulting engagements for ENR clients, including strategy development, solution design, implementation, and optimization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at ENR clients, including C-level executives, business leaders, and IT decision-makers, to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities.
Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to clients on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in the ENR sector, with a focus on driving innovation and competitive advantage.
Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies for ENR clients, aligning technology investments with business objectives and operational requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams of consultants, architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality technology solutions and services that meet or exceed client expectations.
Drive business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and leading client presentations and demonstrations, to expand our footprint within the ENR sector.
Mentor and develop junior consultants, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to develop and enhance our service offerings, methodologies, and tools for the ENR sector.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

years of experience in technology consulting, with a focus on the Energy and Natural Resources sector.

Proven track record of success in leading technology consulting engagements for ENR clients, delivering tangible business value and driving digital transformation initiatives.

Deep understanding of the technology landscape in the ENR sector, including industry-specific challenges, opportunities, and regulatory requirements.

Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.

Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing technology strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.

Ability to travel to client sites and work in a dynamic, collaborative consulting environment.
