Job Title : Senior Structural Engineer - High-Rise Buildings

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in high-rise building projects
  • Expertise in jumping floor systems, structural analysis, and design
  • Knowledge of local UAE / GCC building codes and regulations
  • Experience with site supervision and coordination with multidisciplinary teams
  • Previous UAE / GCC experience is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead structural design and analysis for high-rise buildings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes.
  • Review and approve structural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Coordinate with consultants, authorities, and project teams for approvals and technical compliance.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site related to structural components.
  • Implement construction techniques like jump form or slip form systems for vertical elements.
  • Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor junior engineers and CAD teams, and lead the structural team in planning and reporting.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of design changes, calculations, and inspections.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with design teams, contractors, and authorities.

    • Salary Package : AED 20,000 - 25,000 (All inclusive)
