Key Responsibilities Support the Elementary Principal in daytoday academic and administrative functions Monitor and enhance teaching standards and curriculum delivery Provide leadership in student discipline attendance and welfare Collaborate with faculty to promote a positive school culture and student achievement Facilitate professional development and staff evaluations Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Education Master s Degree or Educational Leadership certification preferred Minimum 5 years of teaching experience with leadership or coordination roles Strong understanding of international education frameworks American curriculum preferred Excellent communication organizational and interpersonal skills Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate
