Director of Culinary MEA regionOur client, a luxury city hotel complex in the MEA requires an experienced senior leader for the Director of Culinary role. He / she will oversee the culinary operations of a large complex with over 20 F&B outlets. This role will also be responsible for large scale catering events, Airport lounges for MNC companies in the city. The Director of Culinary will oversee over 700 staff and many international restaurants. The F&B volume would be in the $40 million range.Qualifications - Strong communication and administrative skills are essential, along with a passion for excellence in high-volume operations.- Extensive knowledge and expertise in standalone restaurant chains such as Hakkasan, Zuma, Coya, Nobu, Akira, and Babel- Experience working in multicultural environments and within the Middle East is essential.Compensation : Full family package including education allowance for up to two children. Base salary of USD 90,000 ++ (Commensurate with experience) net annually plus bonus plan. Accommodation for family and all three meals. Flights annually for family once a year.
