We are seeking a highly experienced Vehicle Sales Solutions Manager with strong expertise in Autoline Drive and an in-depth understanding of the Middle East automotive landscape. This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation, optimization, and management of end-to-end vehicle sales solutions, ensuring seamless integration across departments to improve performance and customer satisfaction. Preference will be given to candidates with a BMW background and proven managerial experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage vehicle sales solution strategies in alignment with group-wide automotive objectives.
Act as the primary system expert for Autoline Drive , providing guidance, support, and training across sales teams.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and sales process optimization.
Liaise with OEMs (especially BMW) to ensure system compatibility and performance standards.
Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports to ensure continuous improvement.
Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, IT, and operations teams.
Ensure compliance with regional regulatory standards and dealership protocols.
Guide and mentor junior team members and sales administrators.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, IT Systems, or a related field.
Certifications or professional development in DMS platforms and automotive systems (preferred).
Skills and Competencies
Expertise in Autoline Drive (Keyloop) system functionalities and modules.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strategic thinking with the ability to execute large-scale implementation plans.
Fluent in Arabic and English (verbal and written).
Recommended Skills, Competence & Abilities :
Experience Required
Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in the Middle East automotive sector .
Previous experience working with or for BMW or other luxury automotive brands.
Proven track record in a managerial role within vehicle sales solutions or automotive operations.
