Agricultural Engineer Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all soft landscape activities including planting turfing soil preparation and irrigation systems Provide technical guidance on native and adaptive plant selection pest and disease control and sustainable landscaping techniques Monitor and enhance plant tree and grass health with proactive corrective actions Design and adapt irrigation systems based on sitespecific needs and water conservation goals Lead and mentor landscaping teams collaborate with project managers to meet deadlines and quality standards Ensure compliance with UAE environmental regulations and company safety protocols Preferred Qualifications Degree in Agricultural Engineering or Horticulture Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE or similar arid environments Indepth knowledge of UAE climatecompatible plants palm tree care soil science and irrigation systems Proven ability to lead field teams and deliver timely highquality results Strong communication and problemsolving skills
