Principal Functions As Design Studio Digital Products Director you will lead the strategic direction execution and continuous evolution of UX UI across e UAE s consumer digital products Your role is pivotal in shaping seamless usercentric experiences that drive customer satisfaction business growth and competitive differentiation You will spearhead design innovation champion UX best practices and align digital design strategies with business objectives Working crossfunctionally with Technology Product Marketing and CX teams you will ensure that design principles are embedded early in the product lifecycle fostering a culture of datadriven decisionmaking design excellence and iterative improvement The ultimate goal is to deliver intuitive efficient and engaging digital experiences positioning e UAE as the LeadingAIpowered telco Duties Responsibilities 1 Strategic UX Leadership Execution Define and implement a cohesive UX strategy for all consumer digital products and adjacencies ensuring simplified intuitive and engaging user journeys Establish and enforce design system governance ensuring scalability consistency and efficiency across all digital touchpoints Advocate for datadriven UX enhancements leveraging analytics research and user insights to refine digital experiences continuously Drive AIpowered conversational UX and conversational interface design ensuring seamless intuitive and natural interactions that create a more personalized and humanlike digital experience 2 Design Studio Management Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary design team UX UI Content and Research fostering a highperformance innovative design culture Own the endtoend design process ensuring alignment between user needs business objectives and technical feasibility Drive operational efficiency optimizing team structure workflows and tools to maximize impact and scalability 3 CrossFunctional Collaboration Stakeholder Engagement Partner with Product Technology Marketing and CX teams to integrate UX best practices into agile product development Influence senior leadership by advocating for humancentered design principles that improve conversion engagement and retention Ensure that UX is embedded at the concept stage of product development reducing inefficiencies from latestage design interventions 4 Innovation FutureReadiness Explore emerging technologies AI automation personalization etc ensuring e UAE stays ahead of industry trends Foster a testandlearn mindset piloting new interaction models conversational UX and AIdriven personalization Continuously assess design maturity improving methodologies tools and frameworks to enhance team output and effectiveness Education Experience Bachelors degree in Design Fine Arts HCI or related field 10 years in digital product design leadership with a track record in scaling UX teams and leading digital transformations You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
