As a Recruitment Manager , you will be responsiblefor developing, managing, and executing the full cycle recruiting strategy toattract top talent that aligns with our company’s goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruitment Strategy : Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, andhire qualified candidates.
- Candidate Sourcing : Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, socialmedia, networking, and employee referrals.
- Screening &Interviewing : Conduct initial screenings, coordinate, and participate ininterviews, and assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Employer Branding : Develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract high-qualitycandidates.
- Talent Pipelines : Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions andrecruitment processes.
- Reporting : Provideregular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs to senior management.
- Process Excellence : Create a robust recruitment process end – to - end for both candidate and Line manager.
