Business Analyst Temp Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and analyze business requirements Conduct indepth analysis of business processes systems and data to identify areas for improvement Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure clear communication with the development team Facilitate meetings and workshops to discuss project scope requirements and solutions Support the project team in identifying risks dependencies and opportunities for optimization Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders Assist in the preparation of project documentation including business cases user stories and process flows Conduct user acceptance testing UAT to ensure solutions meet business requirements Provide expertise in IT industry trends and best practices to inform project decisions Qualifications Must be an Arabic speaker with excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably within the IT industry Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications Strong understanding of IT systems software development life cycle SDLC and project management methodologies Proficient in using business analysis tools and techniques including process mapping and data modeling Ability to work effectively in a temporary contract role with tight deadlines and changing priorities Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team
