Currently we are hiring for below role :

Senior Structural Engineer

Location : Abu Dhabi Site

Industry : Exp with villas, hospitality, residential

Middle East Experience Required

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Oversee all structural works on a landmark project from start-up to handover
• Lead and manage a team of structural inspectors on-site
• Ensure all construction activities align with contract specs, drawings, and applicable codes
• Interpret complex contract documents and clarify technical queries for contractors
• Conduct QA / QC audits and ensure full compliance throughout
• Raise NCRs for non-conformities and drive corrective actions
• Attend and contribute to site meetings, coordination sessions, and progress reviews
• Liaise with the design office to resolve site issues or clarify changes
• Deliver clear, insightful daily and weekly reports to the Project Lead
• Support snagging, handover, and closeout activities with confidence and precision
• Enforce HSE standards—don’t just observe unsafe practices, stop them

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)

Membership of a recognized institution (e.g., PE, CEng) is a strong advantage

12 years of experience in structural engineering supervision, with major high-rise and commercial projects in the Middle East / UAE

Deep knowledge of structural methodologies, standards, materials, and local authority regulations

Excellent ability to interpret complex structural drawings and contract documents

Proven experience managing site inspections, QA / QC processes, and project reports

Ability to troubleshoot technical issues swiftly and work collaboratively to keep the schedule on track
