- Manage a Warm Desk : Step into an established desk with active clients and ongoing job orders, ensuring a smooth transition and immediate impact.
- Client Engagement & Business Development : Build and maintain robust relationships with top-tier legal firms and corporate legal departments in the Middle East.
- Candidate Sourcing : Utilize your expertise to identify, attract, and place highly qualified legal professionals.
- Market Insight : Provide clients and candidates with informed advice on market trends, salary benchmarks, and career progression.
Requirements :
