As a Key Account Manager , you will be a strategic contributor in driving profitable growth across a broad range of marine and industrial product lines. You'll be tasked with expanding business through both new client acquisition and development of existing accounts, especially in the GCC region. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in technical sales, preferably in the marine or industrial sector, and with an understanding of complex product portfolios.
You will manage and promote an extensive catalogue, including but not limited to :

- Gases, Refrigerants & Cylinders
- Refrigeration Tools & Equipment
- Welding Solutions : Arc, Gas Welding, Brazing, Cold Repair Systems
- Environmental Solutions : Oil Spill Equipment
- Mooring Ropes & Accessories
- Marine Lubricants : Mineral & Synthetic Oils, EAL Greases
- Emission Control Chemicals and Equipment
Key Responsibilities :
Drive profitable sales growth through both existing customer expansion and acquisition of new accountsDevelop and execute a Sales Activity Plan aligned with company goals and regional targetsBuild and maintain a strong sales pipeline , ensuring both quantity and quality of opportunitiesEnsure customer contracts are compliant, profitable , and credit terms are adhered toProactively manage and grow the customer portfolio within the GCC regionConduct regular technical presentations and product training for key stakeholders and clientsActively contribute to market intelligence and competitor trackingCoordinate with technical teams to offer tailored solutions and resolve client issues efficientlyQualifications and Experience :Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in the marine or industrial sectorsStrong understanding of the GCC market , particularly Saudi Arabia and KuwaitExperience managing complex, multi-product portfoliosArabic speaker preferred to manage regional client baseDemonstrated track record in B2B sales and account managementInternational sales exposure and cross-cultural communication skillsKey Competencies :
