الوصف الوظيفيBachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in BIM and architecture, with proven UAE project experience. Previous experience working in a design consultancy environment is highly preferred. Proficient in Autodesk Revit (Architecture), AutoCAD, and other BIM-related tools. Experience working on large-scale commercial, mixed-use, residential, or institutional projects in the UAE. Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and authority submission processes. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively. Must be available to join immediately or within 1-2 weeks.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage high-quality BIM models using Revit for various large-scale architectural projects in the UAE.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architectural, structural, and MEP teams to ensure model coordination.
- Translate architectural concepts and sketches into accurate Revit models up to LOD 400.
- Review and implement project BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
- Perform clash detection, coordinate with consultants and contractors for issue resolution.
- Participate in project meetings, provide technical input, and support design development through BIM processes.
- Maintain model accuracy, documentation, and adherence to company and client BIM standards.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and detailed drawings.
