Key Responsibilities Manage endtoend civil project execution from planning to handover Lead project teams subcontractors and site engineers Prepare and monitor project schedules budgets and resource allocation Ensure adherence to local regulations quality standards and safety protocols Coordinate with clients consultants and government authorities Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks Prepare progress reports and present to senior management Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Master s preferred 15 years of experience in civil construction project management Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in project management tools Primavera MS Project AutoCAD Excellent communication and decisionmaking abilities
