Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the daily operations of the store ensuring proper receipt storage and issue of materials Lead and train a team of store personnel ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols Ensure efficient organization of materials optimizing storage space and minimizing waste or damage Maintain accurate records of stock levels incoming and outgoing materials and inventory movements Perform regular stock audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies Coordinate with procurement project management and other departments to ensure timely supply and availability of materials Report regularly on stock levels requirements and any potential shortages or delays Enforce compliance with safety and regulatory standards in handling materials and maintaining the store Implement and manage warehouse management systems to enhance stock control processes Qualifications Experience Minimum 5 years of experience as a Storeman or in a similar inventory management role Prior experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred Strong leadership and team management skills Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office applications Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Good understanding of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments If you are an experienced Head Storeman looking to join a dynamic team and tak
