We re Hiring Senior Logistics Coordinator at a leading freight forwarding company Location Dubai Airport Freezone DAFZA We re looking for a proactive and detailoriented professional to manage logistics operations and ensure smooth delivery processes Key Responsibilities Logistics Planning Coordination Manage logistics forecasts schedules and urgent operational needs Shipping Customs Documents Prepare verify and handle all shipping documentation invoices delivery advices transfer letters and customs clearance via Dubai Trade Documentation Management Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for easy document retrieval Client Management Liaison Communicate with clients consolidators and senior management Support daily logistics operations Reporting Prepare and present logistics reports for upper management Team Support Help develop logistics policies and procedures What We re Looking For Experience in logistics or freight forwarding with a solid understanding of UAE customs processes Familiarity with the Dubai Trade portal import export Strong attention to detail excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint
