Senior Foreman Rigging Ship Repair Experience

Key Responsibilities Supervise rigging operations during ship repair and dry dock activities Interpret lifting plans and ensure proper rigging methods are followed Coordinate with engineers safety teams and crane operators Inspect rigging gear and lifting equipment for compliance and safety Train and guide rigging crew to maintain safety and productivity standards Ensure adherence to company and marine industry safety protocols Requirements Minimum 5 7 years of rigging experience in a shipyard or ship repair environment Proven leadership experience in a supervisory or foreman role Strong knowledge of lifting operations rigging tools and safety procedures Ability to read lifting plans technical drawings and job specifications Physically fit and capable of working in challenging marine environments
