Key Responsibilities Provide legal opinions and advice to the Board of Directors Draft review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with UAE laws Draft and interpret Hospital ByLaws HR policies and legal documents Advise on personnel matters grievances and disciplinary actions Review and address patients complaints and malpractice cases Represent CSH in legal proceedings before courts and government bodies Conduct legal research and recommend actions to enhance hospital policies Ensure policies and procedures align with UAE healthcare regulations Qualifications Experience Bachelor s Degree in Law LLB and licensed to practice in UAE Member of the International Bar Association Minimum 3 years of legal advisory experience in the healthcare sector Indepth knowledge of UAE GCC regulatory frameworks Strong presentation and reporting skills Fluent in Arabic English spoken and written Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work in a customer serviceoriented environment
