Our company is looking for a qualified Specialist in Sports Medicine to join our healthcare team. This role is essential for providing top-tier medical care to athletes, focusing on the prevention, diagnosis, and rehabilitation of sports-related injuries. Your contributions will help athletes maintain optimal performance while minimizing the risk of injury.

Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnosis of sports-related injuries and conditions.
Design personalized rehabilitation and treatment plans for athletes.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive athlete care.
Educate athletes and their support staff on injury prevention techniques and wellness practices.
Perform interventional procedures such as joint injections and physical rehabilitation techniques as needed.
Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in the field of sports medicine.
Engage in community outreach and educational initiatives related to sports health.
Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress thoroughly and accurately.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Completion of a residency program in Sports Medicine or a related field.

Preferred board certification in Sports Medicine.

At least 3 years of experience in a clinical sports medicine setting.

Comprehensive knowledge of injury management and rehabilitation approaches.

Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
