Main Responsibilities Installation installing power systems control panels lighting fire protection security and data network systems etc Maintenance checking systems regularly to make sure that they are working efficiently and safely Raise and monitor issues reported to the Helpdesk until completion Ensure tasks are completed within cost and target times Make sure accurate records of actual work carried out are maintained completing a Satisfaction Survey works from Reactive works from Client Customer To provide hands on support to the FM Team for all mechanical and electrical tasks To immediately report any potential dangerous situations to the Line Manager Assume other duties as may be assigned by your Line Manager Skills and Qualification Required Good practical skills and problem solving skill Abilities to follow technical drawing building plan and wiring diagrams Abilities to work carefully methodically and safely Abilities to measure accurately Good written and verbal communication skill Abilities to work in a team as well as on your own initiative
