Country Manager Dubai (Mandarin Speaker | Open to Relocation)
I'm working with a leading multi-asset trading platform to hire a Country Manager to lead their Dubai operations. This is a high-impact leadership role offering relocation support, and fluency in Mandarin is a requirement . The firm is open to considering a relocation for candidates that have similar sales leadership experience in international markets.
The successful hire will be responsible for scaling the business, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving overall performance in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Market Expansion : Shape and execute the regional growth strategy, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and local market dynamics.
- Revenue Growth & Partnerships : Build and manage key relationships with affiliates, institutional partners, and local stakeholders to drive business development and revenue.
- P&L Management : Own the country's Profit & Loss performance, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability.
- Regulatory Engagement : Act as the company's main liaison with financial regulators. Ensure all operations meet legal, licensing, and compliance standards in Dubai.
- Team Building & Leadership : Recruit, lead, and inspire a cross-functional local team across sales, marketing, compliance, and customer support. Foster a culture of accountability and performance.
- Client Strategy : Drive customer acquisition, oversee onboarding, and ensure a premium client experience through tailored marketing and service initiatives.
- Brand Visibility : Represent the company at industry events, with media, and among local business communities to strengthen brand presence.
- Localized Product Fit : Partner with global product and engineering teams to adapt offerings to meet regional user needs and regulatory considerations.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
